It was in 2011 that Joanna first stepped foot into the convention world, leaning the ropes and a lot of hard-won lessons. In 2017, after partnering with Joey Fatone, Level Up was born. Utilizing her managerial skills that she developed from years in the restaurant industry, Joanna is no stranger to a fast-paced work environment and is able to handle anything that comes her way. In her spare time, Joanna loves to read, swim, and spend time with her husband and spoiled orange cat. She is also currently working on her first novel. She resides in Nashville, TN.

Best known from his days as a member of the multi-platinum recording group *NSYNC, Joey has gone on to carve out a career in movies, TV and entrepreneurial endeavors including Fat*One's Hot Dogs and Italian Ice and as Partner of Level Up Entertainment. Joey started attending conventions as a guest in 2015 and he just couldn't get enough, so he's here to Level Up.

As a former high school math teacher of 8 years, Chris joined the convention scene in 2014. Since then, Chris has worked with some of the top voice over talent in the industry. After 10 plus years of experience, Chris has acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to bring amazing actors to any event. With his love for all things voice over, his goal is to bring the fan experience to each and every person out there.

As an insurance sales agent, Heather has been a sales representative for the last 18 years. She went from being an attendee at conventions to volunteering in 2015 and by 2018 was working alongside her now husband as a convention agent. As a lover of conventions, anime, animation, and video games Heather loves to bring voice actors out to meet their fans at shows. Always behind a computer screen or on her phone she is always there when called upon.
